1. Homeless Ministry
Redemption’s sister organization, The Way Home, provides housing for homeless men. Volunteers needed for social visits, development, service days, and fundraising events.
2. Coffee Shop Ministry
Calm Waters Coffee Roasters serves as a meeting space for both fellowship and outreach. Volunteers help with special events, art exhibits, and First Friday music nights.
3. Evangelism Ministry
Redemption runs Discovery Groups, a form of small group designed for those outside the church. Volunteers needed for coordination, discipleship, and forming new connections.
4. Children’s Ministry
Redemption has many young families and volunteers are always needed for childcare and babysitting. Help is needed on Sundays and for weeknight leadership team meetings.
5. Music Ministry
Redemption needs musicians for leading worship on Sundays as well as for special events at Calm Waters. We can always use people who can run a soundboard and AV too!
6. College Ministry
Redemption needs help discipling and organizing college students from Cairn University. This can be through one-on-one relationships or college student dinners and game nights in Bristol.
7. Discipleship Triads
Groups of 3 to 4 that meet weekly for confession, scripture, and prayer. You can inquire about joining a present triad or starting a new one. Anyone can lead a triad!
Redemption eats together every week and for many special events. We love good cooks!
9. Something Else Entirely
We love supporting big dreams. If you have a vision for something God has called you to, let’s chat. Perhaps we can make it happen.
